Investment
Our clients typically invest between $10,000-$35,000 for all paper goods, branding, graphics and event day collateral. On average, our clients land between $6,000-$9,000 for invitations and between $15,000-$30,000 on their full investment with us. If these typical investment ranges aren't a fit for your client, we're pleased to offer a pre-designed, template collection through our sister company.
Our Capabilities
Our speciality is creating a cohesive look or brand for the entire event from start to finish. This means we're here for more than just the invitations and paper goods. We love to collaborate on menus and place cards, seating charts and escort displays, and signage and anything and everything else such as graphics for stages and bars, favors such as cups, coasters, koozies, etc., unique items such as wine stoppers, stir sticks, embroidered pieces, bookmarks, bandanas, etc. If you dream it — we can help!
The Process
To start, we'd love to schedule a discovery video call with you and/or your client to talk about what the vision and specific needs are. After the call, we’ll collect a deposit, which will go toward the creative fee, and will hold their place on our design calendar. From there, we’ll create a design proposal based on client expectations within their budget range with ideas that include initial sketches and supporting imagery. Next, we’ll ask the client to choose a design direction, create the project invoice, determine the timeline, move to contract, and collect the remainder of the production and design fee, along with a portion of the printing and materials. From there, we’ll begin the initial designs which will include as many proofs as the client needs to get it just right. Lastly, we move to printing and production, at which time the remaining balance is due.
On-Site Option
We are available to assist on-site with all things stationery-related on event day. Our assistance can include organizing the escort cards, placing the menus at each place setting, framing and placing signage and more. We also offer flat lay styling all of the paper goods if desired for photographing to make sure these details are well-presented. With an extra hand on-site helping with these aspects — you can focus on what you need to do instead.
