Devyn and Marc were planning two weddings — one in Australia, where Marc calls home, and one in Texas, where Devyn grew up. For their Texas wedding, the couple wanted an upscale, Texan vibe. We began with the couple's monogram, which was inspired by a cattle brand. The invitation suite was paired with a leather band for rustic texture, and a classy black invitation box to present their guests with. The guests each received a copy of the bride's favorite book as a wedding favor, complete with custom blind embossed leather bookmark. The books also helped guests find their seats, as each were wrapped with paper noting each person’s name and table assignment. The couple's wedding took place in November 2020, so instead of masks for the guests, we created bandanas with a custom map of the resort — useful and fun! The couple's menu was on four-ply card stock, black letterpress with bronze metal corners as a nod to spurs. The monogram was also seen on the couples' welcome cards, hotel door hangers and late night snack to-go boxes.
