Highland Park Whiskey Private Dinner and Tasting
The objective of this event was to create an inviting, warm place to enjoy Highland Park Whiskey. Greenery and heather was utilized in the decor to instill the ambiance and feel of Orkney. We incorporated wood in the menu signs and leather in the menus to evoke premium feel, with a norse chic feel.
Private Dinner at The Thompson Hotel in Austin, Texas
The Thompson opened a new hotel in Austin, and introduced their restaurant, Wax Myrtles to the local event industry professionals with a private dinner. The attendees received a playful invitation, letterpress printed in bright colors. The guests were greeted with name tags, each with contact information so attendees could exchange contact information. Each place setting was set with orange scalloped letterpress menu and match book.
NACE, TXACOM and HSMAI Summer Meeting
The combined summer meeting for NACE, TXACOM and HSMAI had a summery, tropical theme complete with balloon decor and tropical leaves in shades of green, yellow, black and cream. The menus we created for the meeting were contained in a vellum jacket printed with tropical leaves and showcased a gold monstera leaf. The backside of the menu listed all the event sponsors and QR code for more information.
Event Planner Thank You Luncheon
Event venue D’Vine Grace Vineyards, in McKinney Texas hosted an appreciation dinner for local event planners. We created origami heart escort cards, laser cut heart menus, feedback cards and coordinating thank you cards for the venue to hand write notes to the planners in .The event included an espresso martini display and lunch.
Vendor Appreciation Dinner
A year end, holiday event with a western theme to thank vendors for a successful year. We created a western theme invitation on real wood with gold foil stamp, envelope liner with iconic western cowgirl, a bar menu on leather mounted to real wood, and custom bandanas as thank you gifts for the attendees.
Fundraiser Silent Auction Benefitting Chairity
To celebrate the five year anniversary of a local Fort Worth business, they threw a silent auction fundraiser gala. We created circular escort cards, silent auction signs, arched menus and bar signs for the event.
Year End Dinner and Gala at Devil’s Thumb Ranch
The Colorado chapter of WIPA threw their annual gala at Devil’s Thumb Ranch in Colorado. We created two layer starry night themed menus, conversation starter cards for the tables, and tags for the masquerade after party.
Vendor Partnership Appreciation Event
To give thanks for vendor partnerships throughout the year, a florist hosted an appreciation Event for her vendor partners at Cliff House, in Dallas. We created menus that doubled as place cards with blank note cards for notes to be handwritten in. The event included live music, dinner and a permanent jewelery station.
